About Me

I'm Jake Ryan, a tattoo artist specializing in black and grey fine line work with a gothic edge. Over the past three years, I've developed a style that blends delicate line work with darker, atmospheric aesthetics, and I also create ornamental blackwork and neo-tribal pieces for clients looking for something bolder.

Tattooing is something I've wanted to do since I was a kid. What started as childhood fascination turned into a traditional apprenticeship where I learned the craft from the ground up—scrubbing equipment, cleaning the shop, and even making needles from scratch. That foundation taught me to respect every part of this art form, and it's shaped how I approach each piece I create.

What I love most about tattooing is the connection. Every tattoo is personal, and I see my role as helping you decorate your body in a way that makes you feel more empowered, comfortable, and confident in your own skin. Whether you're adding to an existing collection or getting your first piece, I want you to feel appreciated and safe throughout the entire process.

My goal is to create a chill, comfortable environment where the only thing you need to focus on is managing the pain—everything else is taken care of. We can chat and get to know each other, or you can throw on some headphones and zone out to music or a podcast. Whatever makes you most comfortable. I'm genuinely grateful for every client who trusts me with their vision, and I work hard to make sure that shows in both the art and the experience.
